I’m excited to announce my play “A Little Bit of Paradise” is being turned into a short film, coming out in 2026. The film is directed by Julia Lalonde (“Wet Noodle,” runner up, CBC Gem’s 2025 Short Film Face Off) and co-executive produced by Anne Tait. It’s been fascinating and addictive experience writing for a different medium and learning about the complexities of film production. We’ve been blessed by a terrific production team too. Principle photography was completed in September. We’re in post-production now and will be submitting the final product to suitable film festivals (fingers crossed). Updates to come.
